If you have been to Barcelona...
Which i hope you have, cause if you have missed out on that scene your pretty much a lost cause. RP plans to do a few months there in a Gothic apartment with doors the size of trees. Anyway, go there, and fucking hang with these boys! There are your best nightmare, its all about `Nasty Mondays'

The good things in life
So lately we have been conversations (usually over a dinner made from random items from hackney costcutter) about the top 5 things that make us happy. Food always seems to sneak its way in. Thinking about it costcutter should properly have a spot in the list seeing as it is our daily friend.

Download festival
Currently half of RP has spent the last few days at the Download festival site. The camo clad metal kids have been arriving by the thousands ready for tomorrows first day. This year the whole site has been revamped due to complaints each year after damage to the track. Its always odd being at these things for work and not play, but there truly are some comedy bands worth a look at. Come sink some tins with RP this weekend. I hope to post a world of metal portraits shortly!

bikes need love too
Today's advice, give your bike a little buddy to lay around or share hungover mornings with. It will put a little spark in their step and make for a comfortable future ride for you and them.
Featured bike accessories - polaroid taken at Tate street art bash of wall art / shot 90 degree angle so they looked like boobs. Childish humour is always the best. The other accessories i can take no credit for, but i believe they were aquired through being rad. Yet to decide.

RP writes for the ICA Blog!
"It’s a Friday night in bustling central London. The Mall is fondly laced
with oversized Union Jack Flags in preparation for a patriotic event
that has as always, escaped my attention. Id love to say they were put
in place as a welcoming gesture for tonight's German Visitors, but id be
lying. Instead The Notwist received a warm welcome in the form of claps
and cheers from a beat hungry crowd"
Yeah so RP took a trip to the ICA last friday to check out The Notwist. Review will be bustling on their blog soon!
