Hadas Di- up and coming music / documentary photographer and creative buddy to RP, is based in Echo Park LA. Buried beneath a sea of cute summer shacks, palm trees, and a local independent gas station that puts on bands in its back yard, she paints with light using her photographic eye to capture what Henri Cartier-Bresson termed as "The Decisive Moment". Something that runs deep in the thinking and drive behind this very blog.
Hadas takes to many stages shooting the likes of Metallica in front of god knows how many festival fans, Has spent the last two months out with The Mars Volta shooting for their new book, and has several secret projects tucked up her sleeve i wont dare tell. This crafty cat is one tough cookie and hell! has a scooter gang of two to boot! I took a little visit to her home in La before leaving and hungout with the locals, she shot some sweet polaroids for here ever growing "bro" wall and we met a rad dog that willd rop a quarter on your shoe in hope thats u kick it and she can put it right back on there. Cute. The coffee was great and the company was even better.
Role with these words and cease every moment you can "the decisive moment, it is the simultaneous recognition, in a fraction of a second, of the significance of an event as well as the precise organization of forms which gives that event its proper expression." Henri Cartier-Bresson
