Urban myth has it that once upon a time there lived a man. A man of great work ethic and pride. This very man spent his days working in a cereal factory putting little toys into cereal box's. He would collect one each time a new one came out. After an accident that prevented him from returning to work he then proceeded to put all the toys onto his car, and cover his house in wooden widgets. His house (which he still occupies) is a shrine to his little story (which iv told really badly).
But it does bring me to a bolder point. What happened to the professional story teller? I hit up he world press photography awards exhibition yesterday and there was a neat piece by Qi Xiaolong, a photographer from China. His photo told of the ancient art of story telling and how it was being revived again in China with small story bars popping up across the country.
I smell a venture on the cards!
